The account record, credentials, saved sign-ins, inventory, gems, equipment and personal progression are removed from the active account database. Shared worlds are not erased or handed to another account; your account loses access. Other accounts’ friend-list entries for you are removed.
If you cannot sign in, contact the team through the official Discord for assistance.
How account data is handled
The website uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect account changes. Account credentials are verified by the game service. The website does not store your plaintext password in its session. If you link a recovery email, the game server stores your verified address and temporary token hashes. Verification and password reset emails are delivered through Resend; your email address and the requested account email are shared with that provider for delivery. Recovery emails are not marketing subscriptions.
Game progress and world content are stored by the game server. Public world previews display selected eligible worlds. Account actions and game activity can generate security or moderation records. Deleting an account does not instantly erase historical backups, security records, purchase-verification records or shared world content. These are separate from the active account record; contact the team with data questions.
Google Play downloads and Discord links open services governed by their own policies. This page describes the current account flow; no advertising cookies are required for it.
Community rules
